Discuss design ideas, metal preferences, lifestyle needs and budget. Explore reference silhouettes, stone shapes, and finger or neckline ergonomics.
Hand-select certified natural loose diamonds or rare gemstones. Review 3D CAD renders to approve proportions and scale before casting.
Hand-cast in 18K/22K hallmarked gold; stone-setters align and prong-set, and each facet is hand-polished at the bench, with milestone video updates.
The piece receives independent third-party laboratory grading (GIA/IGI) and official BIS hallmarking with a unique HUID laser engraving.
Delivered in luxury presentation packaging with full legal valuation paperwork and insured handover.
A transparent 50/50 milestone framework
All bespoke commissions operate on a standard 50/50 milestone framework, for complete financial security and transparency.
50% advance
Secures your certified stones, locks in current metal rates and initiates casting at our atelier.
50% balance
Payable only after your piece is fully crafted, hallmarked and independently certified. Before the final balance you receive HD video documentation, certified weight slips and laboratory reports (GIA/IGI/BIS) for complete verification.
All payments are accepted exclusively through official registered business banking channels (RTGS, NEFT, UPI or corporate cheque) and include full GST documentation. Cash transactions are strictly limited in accordance with statutory government guidelines.
Weight reconciliation. All handcrafted bespoke items have minor variations in final precious metal weight (+/- 3-5%). The final 50% invoice is reconciled on the exact certified hallmarked gross and net weights.
Certification & authenticity. Each finished piece is accompanied by an independent laboratory grading report (IGI/GIA) and government-recognised BIS hallmarking with a unique HUID code.
Custom commission policy. Because stones and metals are custom-cast to client specifications, milestone advances are non-refundable once metal casting begins.
